Ce syst\u00e8me, qui d\u00e9termine les d\u00e9lais d\u2019attente qui peuvent d\u00e9passer deux ans pour des locataires aux prises avec des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019insalubrit\u00e9, a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s opaque. Comment est-ce que la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des causes est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et comment le pr\u00e9judice des partis est-il pris en consid\u00e9ration?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que les chercheurs et chercheuses du D\u00e9partement des sciences juridiques de l\u2019UQ\u00c0M, en collaboration avec Pro <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Bono UQ\u00c0M et Projet Gen\u00e8se, ont entrepris une \u00e9tude des jugements de la R\u00e9gie du logement. En se basant sur une analyse de ces jugements, sont enfin disponible des statistiques ind\u00e9pendantes qui d\u00e9montrent le fondement arbitraire de la cat\u00e9gorisation des causes mise au r\u00f4le.
