Anticipant cette transition, l&rsquo;aide sociale avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 coup\u00e9 ses prestations alors que les paiements de sa pension n&rsquo;avaient pas commenc\u00e9 en raision des d\u00e9lais bureaucratiques. Entre-temps, Monsieur G. s&rsquo;est retrouv\u00e9 sans revenu et incapable de payer son loyer. Plus encore, Monsieur G. souffrait des probl\u00e8mes importants de m\u00e9moire, ce qui rendait pour lui la situation difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai appel\u00e9 le superviseur de son agent d&rsquo;aide sociale pour faire le suivi de sa situation. Ils ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 son dossier et ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lui accorder des prestations temporaires jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ses paiements de pension commencent. Monsieur G. \u00e9tait simplement soulag\u00e9 de savoir qu&rsquo;il ne resterait pas pris sans revenu pour des raisons purement bureaucratiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel du Centre a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le-cl\u00e9 en me guidant dans l&rsquo;analyse de la situation afin que je puisse passer aux prochaines \u00e9tapes avec assurance en vue de r\u00e9soudre le dossier de Monsieur G. Je me suis rendue compte de l&rsquo;importance du travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dans le succ\u00e8s de cette intervention.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
