The Home Advocacy Services (HAS) program brings our Storefront services to individuals who live close to Project Genesis, but have difficulty coming to the Storefront due to reduced mobility or loss of vision.
By providing in-home service, we support homebound service users, who may be isolated and face barriers to accessing information and services, to know and defend their rights and to access benefits to which they’re entitled.
Home Advocacy Services are provided by volunteers and interns working under the supervision of the program co-ordinator and Storefront staff.
The HAS program is available to people with reduced mobility and vision loss who live in our service area. Click below to see a map of the service area. To access these services, or for more specific information, please call us.
