We will offer you:

  • Information about low-cost housing as well as the other kinds of social housing
  • Help in filling out application forms
  • Information about the Shelter Allowance program
  • Information about our work towards the creation of more social housing units

Make sure you meet the basic eligibility criteria

Criteria include:

    • You are a permanent resident or Canadian citizen
    • You have lived in Montreal for 12 of the last 24 months (limited exceptions apply for specific situations)
    • Your household income is below the maximum limits based on your household composition
    • You are not a full-time student (an exception is made if you have a child)

Other restrictions will be discussed at the session.
